Get API Key Detail

GET 
/partner/wallets/:identifier/api-keys/:keyId

Fetch the canonical detail shape for a specific wallet API key. Includes IP allowlist, allowed recipients, and all permission flags. Revoked keys are returned too, with isActive: false.
